6 Function Hand Control (includes Aligator Clip & Strain Relief). For beds manufactured prior to October 2002. Clips to secure to control box. If needed for manufacture date after October 2002, order item #999-0700-305SP, which utilizes thumb screws to secure to control box. Compatible with LoMax, Alpha, Astrolite, Eze-Lok™, Flex, and ShurLok Beds

Service part compatible with Zenith 7000 bed.

Service part for Liberty (Equal or after 9/1/11 and s/n 12020004096 [Ilcon]), Zenith 7000, and Zenith 9000

When ordering for Zenith 1, only used for beds with serial ZE000500 and higher. Use item #999-0701-300SP for serial #s below ZE000500. Service part compatible with Matrix Plus and Zenith I (s/n 0500 and up [Linak]) beds.

For beds manufactured after January 2004. Hand pendant attaches to control box via thumb screws. If needed for bed manufacture date prior to January 2004, order item #999-0530-003SP, which utilizes clips to secure hand pendant to control box. Compatible with LoMax, Alpha, Astrolite, Eze-Lok™, Flex, and ShurLok beds.

Service part for LoMax bed. If bed is manufactured prior to Jan 2004, must order adapter cable as well, # 999-0700-055

Service part for Matrix Plus & Zenith I (s/n 0500 and up [Linak]) beds.

Service part compatible with Intro, Liberty (Equal or after 9/1/11 and s/n 12020004096 [Ilcon]), Liberty (Prior to 9/1/11 and s/n 12020004096 [Linak]), Matrix II, Novus, Zenith II - FAST, and Zenith II beds.

When ordering for Zenith 1, only used for beds with serial ZE000500 and higher. Use item #999-0701-305SP for serial #s below ZE000500. Service part for Matrix Plus & Zenith I (s/n 0500 and up [Linak]) beds.

This item number includes installation instructions for the Matrix 2 and Zenith 3 models.
