Proudly manufactured extended care beds right here in the USA! Innovation with industry-leading technology is designed into all Basic American Zenith, Matrix, and Liberty models to provide feature-rich beds.

The Full Length Rail is a nominal, telescoping full length rail that provides maximum length rail perimeter coverage, intended for use by patients requiring maximum length rail and maximum perimeter protection.

The Half No-Gap Head Rail, which provides a full head coverage of 31.5 inches, extends to eliminate the gap between the head board and the end of the rail. The non-telescoping tube overlap results in a very sturdy rail that can be used as a secondary handle and support.

The Quarter Rail, approximately 18 in length when mounted on the Patriot™ bed, can be used as a head assist, head rail, or foot rail. This rail provides minimal rail coverage and gives assistance when entering or exiting the bed.
