Made to Order Item. No returns or cancellations. Exception item. Freight charges always apply.

Please add a delivery contact name and phone number in the ship to address (required for residential deliveries). This is an oversized item and must ship by truck (LTL carrier) rather than small parcel. Please indicate if lift gate (no loading dock) and/or inside delivery (to door/garage) services are required; additional fees apply - contact customer service if needing a quote. Any services needed in order to complete delivery that are not indicated at the time of order placement will be billed separately, including any carrier's re-delivery, lift gate, residential, or inside delivery fee.
